Human health is inseparable from the health of the planet we inhabit. Modern civilization has the capacity to degrade or improve the environment of the planet as a whole, of the vital resources on which we depend, and of the places we live and work. This exciting and timely program promises fresh insights on how we can contribute to sustainably healthy environments and the distinctive opportunity of health professionals to take a leading role in this enterprise.
This year’s scientific meeting will feature round-table give-and-take with knowledgeable experts who represent a variety of perspectives. The new format is designed to ensure ample opportunity for dynamic interchange with the invited presenters—an opportunity for dialogue and shared learning.
